• Annual ED Volume: 3,600 patients
• Average Daily Volume: ED: 6-8, ADC/SWING: 4-5
• Critical Access Hospital
• EMR: CPSI
• Shifts: Day shifts. Max: 12 hours
• No on-call
• 1099 independent contractor
